Since 1992, the company has manufactured more than 2,000 welders for customers in the automotive, agriculture, household appliance, architecture, and railroad industries.

Today, the company focuses primarily on automatic assembly lines, shock absorber production equipment, and rim wheel production equipment. Its resistance welding systems have been used in the production of shock absorbers, wheels, fuel tanks, ring gears, drive shafts, drive bearings, rear axles, and other industrial components.

To support welding quality, process stability, and production control, Mountain Welding integrates internationally recognized control systems and components into its resistance welding equipment.

For CNC welding and quality control, the company utilizes MIYACHI and BOSCH control systems. Its hydraulic servo control systems incorporate BOSCH proportional servo valves and servo controllers, German Balluff linear position sensors, Parker servo fuel tanks, and Yuken hydraulic valves and pumps imported from Japan.

Servo-pneumatic positioning systems combine German FESTO and SMC products with Japanese operating techniques. Long-term partnerships have also been established with ABB Robotics and Panasonic Robotics for robotic system integration. In servo motor drive systems, the company adopts products and techniques from Siemens, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, ABB, and other long-term partners.

Our welding equipment is also fitted with PLC programmable control systems from Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and other suppliers, together with man-machine interfaces from the Japanese DIGITAL brand.

Applications also extend to household appliance components such as air conditioner compressors and washers, as well as railroad and steel rail uses including forge welded rail parts and railway construction.
